Pioneer Treehouse - Guest Information and Links
Welcome to Pioneer! We hope you enjoy your stay. Below is some information about the house and area, and some important safety information.

House and Neighborhood Information
Location: The house is located at 26304 E. Meadow Drive, Pioneer, in the Mace Meadows neighborhood.

Parking: The driveway is a bit steep but short, we recommend backing in, or parking sideways at the top especially in wet, icy or snowy weather.
Neighbors: The neighbors on either side are very friendly and nice. Please respect them and keep the noise to a minimum. Quiet hours after 10:00pm, please.

Back Deck: You are welcome to enjoy the back deck as much as you like; however, please do not use the side stairs going down to the back yard. If you would like to access the back yard, please use the little gate at ground level, at the side of the house.

Emergency Information
For emergencies, please call 911. If you have an issue with cell reception, there is a land line phone down in the garage, on the inside wall near the light switch.

Local Hospital: Our nearest hospital and emergency room location is Sutter Amador Hospital in Jackson.

First Aid Supplies: I have basic first aid supplies located downstairs, in the closet at the bottom of the stairs

Wildlife: We do have deer, bears and mountain lions in the area. We keep the large outdoor trash can secured with a bungee cord to keep the bears out, if you add something to the trash, please replace the bungee cord!

Power outages: Power outages happen frequently in the forest. If you experience an outage, there are emergency flashlights and battery-powered lanterns in a wicker box under the bench at the landing. For updates on power outages, please contact me and I will provide any information I receive from PG&E.
