Antique Ivory Wool Red Fringe Coat

Antique Ivory Wool Red Fringe Coat

This unique coat was created using very special vintage pieces that were collected over many years. The bodice of the coat is an antique, tailored, ivory wool jacket from the 1950s, and the skirt and collar are made of a lustrous ivory and red patterned fabric found at an antique store. The back of the bodice is decorated with another vintage piece, a delicate 1920s era handmade applique. Added at the back of the skirt is a distinctive "bustle", made of ivory silk fabric and vintage lace.
