Beautiful, fitted women's velvet vest! This vest is reminiscent of a men's vest style, with an open shawl collar and a notched bottom. Victorian/Edwardian style vest in a lustrous black velvet with a dramatic full notched black velvet collar. Flattering figure-hugging cut in the front that highlights the top you wear under it. Fastens in front with four ornate die-cut cast silver metal buttons with blue glass jewels, and fully lined on the inside in paisley charmeuse satin.
